PP-01

Process piping

All schedules, all positions — up to heavy-wall stainless. Tie-ins, manifolds, valve skids, repairs — welded to print and pressure-ready.

PF-02

Pipeline flash reactors

16″ to 54″ PFRs built in-house in 316L for water-treatment service. A JDJ specialty — big steel, tight tolerances.

ST-03

Structural

Beams, frames, supports, platforms, canopies and repairs. Built square, built to carry.

SS-04

Stainless — all series

304, 316, 316L and the rest. Sanitary and corrosive-service work where the bead has to be clean inside and out.

AL-05

Aluminum

The metal most shops turn away. TIG’d clean — tanks, guards, brackets, repairs.

DD-06

Design & drafting

No print? Doesn’t matter. JDJ designs and draws it up in-house — dimensioned shop drawings for your approval before a single cut is made.

CF-07

Custom fab & repair

One-off parts, broken equipment, “can you fix this?” Bring it in, or we come to you.

Twin 36″ pipeline flash reactors

Two 36″ PFRs built in the shop over two weeks, headed to an ozone water-treatment facility. Big steel, tight tolerances, welded to hold up in corrosive service. Recent JDJ work also includes a full-stainless 316L pump station for a California water company and heavy-wall SS 316 skid piping for carbon-capture service at Elk Hills.

Design & drafting

It gets drawn before it gets built

Most shops need you to show up holding a print. JDJ doesn’t. Bring a sketch, a photo of the broken part, or just the problem — it gets designed, dimensioned and drawn in-house, and you approve the sheet before anything gets cut. Fewer surprises, no remakes, and a real drawing on file when you need the next one.
